RN: Home Infusion Therapy
Location(s): NC, SC, VA, KY, IN, WV
Type: PRN (~2 to 32 hrs per week, dependent on location and availability)
This PRN position is available for licensed Registered Nurses located in NC, SC, VA, KY, IN and WV. This position involves providing infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes. Nursing skills/duties performed include catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx,TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws, patient education on self-administration of medication, and other similar skilled nursing duties.
Applicants should possess a current RN license and be competent in the duties described above with a minimum 1 year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care. Applicants must also have reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner, and be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel. Pay is allocated on a per visit basis and dependent on the length of the visit and distance traveled. Applicants should have no less than one 3-5 hour block of time available each week to complete visit(s).
LPN/RN: Private-Duty Home Care
Location(s): NC: Charlotte, Concord, Denver
Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
This position is available for licensed LPNs and RNs located in greater Charlotte-metro area of North Carolina. This position involves providing private-duty skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Nursing skills/duties performed include taking vitals, head-to-toe assessments, medication administration, Trilogy machine, gastrostomy, tracheostomy, ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, and other similar skilled nursing duties.
Applicants should possess a current NC or multi-state LPN or RN license and be competent in the duties described above. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel. Day and overnight shifts available, length of shift is dependent on the case.
